Wedding Day Coordination - For the bride who has completed all of her
research and planning (or intends to) and just needs someone
experienced to finalize details and coordinate the rehearsal and the
wedding day. This package will include:
~ two meetings prior to wedding day
~ meeting (via phone or in person) with each vendor to review specific
details
~ personalized time line for each vendor
~supply wedding party with itinerary
~ issue couple's final checks to vendors
~ wedding planner present for 2 hours at rehearsal
~ manage the setup of the ceremony and reception locations
~ favor placement and arrangement of place cards
~ Romantique will be present throughout event to ensure that everything runs smootly
Gold Package - For the bride and groom that want to actively
participate in the planning of their big day but do not have as much time as
they would like. Romantique will:
~ assist with budgeting
~ provide vendor recommendations
~ create personalized design elements
~ provide RSVP tracking
~ attend vendor meetings and review contracts
~ assist with seating charts and place cards
~ supply wedding party with itinerary
~ supply time lines to all vendors
~ wedding planner attendance at rehearsal for 2 hours
~ set-up and take down of ceremony and reception
~ return of rental items
~Romantique will be present throughout event to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Platinum Package - This package is for the couple that realizes their
wedding planning is going to be a full time job. Romantique will provide
everything offered in the Gold Package as well as:
~ organize or assist with bridal shower
~ organize engagement party
~ assist with arrangements for out of town guests
~ assist with gift registry
~assemble invitations
~ assemble favors
~ create unique table numbers to go with the theme of the wedding
~ handle media announcements
Destination Wedding package - This package is for the couple that
wants to get married away from home. It has all the elements of the
Platinum Package as well as:
~ assistance with travel arrangements
~assembly of gift baskets for out of town guests
~assistance with planning of activities for out of town guests
A la Carte - Customized package to suit the specific needs of the bride
and groom. The A la Carte may include but is not limited to:
~RSVP tracking
~seating charts
~assembly of favors
~budget and time line preparation
~engagement parties
~assembly of invitations
~bachelor/bachelorette parties
